Question by : Should I buy an iPad 2?

So I recently did very well in a school report and I was promised a reward. I have discussed this with my parents and they agreed to pay one third of the price of an iPad. The only thing is, i’m worried that its not worth it.
I know what it does etc. etc. but I wanted to hear from a person who has bought one and can honestly say whether the money spent is justified and whether or not they live up to the reviews and stuff.
Also which one should i buy e.g. 16gb, 32gb, 64gb?? wi-fi with 3G or without??

Well it really depends as what you want to use it , i use mine for surfing the web twitter stuff like this i carry it with me pretty much everywhere and its a pretty big help , so i don’t need to carry my laptop but instead the ipad. Now id say , yes its worth it depending on your needs . About which one should you buy this is again a personal preference , if you get the 64gb you can put enough stuff in it MUSIC,MOVIES,APPS etc. While the 16gb you could do the same thing in a smaller amount which is nice cos your paying less. About the 3G you gotta ask yourself do you have a nice 3G service are you willing to pay for 3G services , Do you really need it these kind of questions. Since there is Wi-Fi pretty much everywhere but still the 3G could be a use. And the cameras have a bad quality even the back one is really bad , If you record at daylight it turns out pretty good. So i gave you pretty much my opinion now its your choice. Good Luck

32Gb would be best for you, movies can take up to 5Gb an average, you would run out of space way to fast on the 16Gb.

The amount of storage you need really depends on you (the user).
Video files and music will take up the largest amount of space while the number of books it can store will be seemingly unlimited and actually I would go with the 16GB cause the new iOS operating system will allow 5 GB of online storage for free in Apples new iCloud. (Should be released VERY soon if not already.)

Secondly, there is no telling when the next iPad device will come out so you might want to buy cause thier latest product release will keep the money coming in for a while (the iPhone 4S)
